The present invention relates to a pipe rack structure or a beam-column joint structure using prestressed precast concrete which is provided to use the prestressed precast concrete to form a column and a beam, thereby significantly reducing construction costs, securing excellent bonding power of the beam which uses a tensile force to be bonded to the column and increasing bending stress of the beam; and a construction method thereof. The construction method of a pipe rack using prestressed precast concrete according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: (a) a step for vertically installing a precast (PC) column which is longitudinally arranged on a foundation structure of the ground in multiple rows and which has multiple brackets protruding at constant heights therefrom; (b) a step for placing floor beams and longitudinal PC beams, which are transversely and longitudinally contiguous with each other, on the brackets which are mutually faced by successively selecting the PC beams; (c) a step for installing multiple tendons by making the tendons passing through an anchor plate and installed on one side of each longitudinal PC beam, which is pulled and inserted in the longitudinal PC beam, and for making the tendons exposed to a tendon anchoring groove; and a step for fixating the tendons on the anchoring plates by using an anchoring device to pre-stress the tendons. |
