PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjustment fitting that is applicable for various uses and is compact enough to be fitted easily. SOLUTION: The angle adjustment fitting includes a fixed disk 2 that includes a disk rotor 4 having a non-round through section 20 in its central part, a pair of holding plate members 21 and 22 for holding the rotor 4 in freely rotatable way, and a pair of covering members 25 and 25 that has through holes 25a and 25a at positions corresponding to the through section 20 and covers the holding plate members 21 and 22 from right and left sides. The fixed disk 2 can rotate the rotor 4 in one direction and incorporates an angle adjustment mechanism 3 for blocking reverse rotation of the rotor in multi stages and holding it at a desired angle, and a rotary shaft 1 can be fitted to the through section 20 from both right and left sides.
