The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin moisturization and immunity stabilization and a manufacturing method thereof, and with ginseng extract, desirably a cosmetic composition comprising jojoba oil and rose seed oil reduces water evaporation rate thereby increasing moisture content in skin so as to improve skin moisturization and stabilizes immunity by unique ginseng activity thereby being expected to be effectively used for people having weak skin or the elderly who have lost their immunity. In addition, in the present invention, a manufacturing method of a cosmetic composition comprising the ginseng extract for skin moisturization and immunity stabilization is provided. |
