The syringe body (1) has a cannula (4) arranged in an accommodating channel in an axial end region (3) of a cylindrical section (2), where fixation of the cannula in the channel is performed at fastening regions (6, 7) through materials of the section, which is made of glass. A connection between the section and the cannula is formed by the fixation of the cannula, where fusing of the materials is performed by a heat source e.g. neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser. The fastening regions are arranged at an axial distance, and fix the cannula in the axial end region. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a syringe body. |
