The present invention relates to a touch screen-integrated display device. A driving method of the touch screen-integrated display device includes a step of applying a variable sampling voltage to a plurality of electrodes of a panel, calculating a noise level according to the variable sampling voltage from signals received from the electrodes, and repeatedly comparing the noise level with a predefined level; and a step of, if all calculated noise levels according to the variable sampling voltage during a certain period of time are greater than the predefined level, setting a sampling voltage corresponding to the minimum noise level among the calculated noise levels as a touch driving voltage (VDDT) and applying the set sampling voltage to the electrodes. |
