PURPOSE: To suppress fine dust and comparatively light-weight dust from flowing out to the outside of a dust collecting container though they are raised with an eddy current. CONSTITUTION: The fine dust mixed in the eddy current is collected by the filter 23 of a first ventilating hole 21 formed at the lower end of the base part 19 of an eddy current generation member 18 facing downward. Even when this filter 23 is clogged a little, an air flow within the dust collecting container 15 flows from the section ventilating hole 22 formed at the side surface of the base part 19 of the member 18 to an air suction hole 12, thereby a fixed flow rate is secured. By providing a skirt part 25 in the periphery of the hole 21 in addition, moving of the dust toward the hole 22 is prevented by the skirt part 25 though the dust collected by the filter 23 starts moving to the hole 22 riding on the air flow.
