The present invention relates to a method for making a traditional Korean snack with ginger. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for making a traditional Korean snack with ginger, comprising the steps of: pulverizing washed nonglutinous rice or glutinous rice to form a rice powder; mixing the rice powder with a soybean slurry to make a paste; putting a molded material obtained by molding and cooling the paste in a drier to form a shape, followed by drying, aging, and fermenting, thereby preparing a base for Korean snack texture; frying the base in cooking oil to form a shape and crisply frying the shaped base, thereby preparing a fried base; drying ginger to obtain a ginger powder; mixing the ginger powder with starch syrup to form a coating liquid; coating the fried base with the coating liquid while the moisture content of the coating liquid is minimized to prevent the deformation of the fried base due to foreign particles, thereby preparing a handmade traditional Korean snack. |
