PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door which can achieve weight reduction by improving the strength of the door more than the door of a frame assembly. SOLUTION: The folding door consists of a suspension-side door 3 and a tip-side door 4. The suspension-side door 3 is housed in a frame body 1 having at least a top frame 10 and right-and-left vertical frames 11 and is pivotally supported to the frame body 1 about the side end of the vertical frame 11. The tip-side door 4 can freely rotate with respect to the suspension-side door 3. The suspension-side door 3 and the tip-side door 4 are both constituted of integral molded plates 3a, 4a, which are hollow in cross section, are made of aluminum extruded molded material and have the same cross section in the up-and-down directions. The suspension-side door and the tip-side door each has an opening 20 which is formed by cutting out the inner/outer surface part 21 facing respectively the inside/outside of the opening/closing of the integral molded plates 3a, 4a.
