Makino extract of 1-40 wt%, loquat extract of 1-40 wt%, Eclipta prostrata L. extract of 1-40 wt%, purslane extract of 1-40 wt%, medicinal herb EM fermented liquid of 1-40 wt%, glycerin of 1-40 wt%, noni extract of 1-40 wt%, and silk amino acid of 1-30 wt%; and a fourth step of mixing and disinfecting peppermint EO of 0.5-10 wt%, rosemary EO of 0.5-10 wt%, tea tree EO of 0.5-10 wt%, and lavender EO of 0.5-10 wt%. By means of the method of the present invention, natural extract components make the scalp healthier, maintain hair elastically and glossily, and minimize hair loss. |
