A multimedia device and a control method thereof are disclosed in the present specification. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multimedia device connected to at least one network interfaces comprises a first network interface module for receiving a broadcasting signal in which audio data and video data are multiplexed; a video processor for processing video data within the multiplexed broadcasting signal; an audio processor for processing the audio data within the multiplexed broadcasting signal; a display module for outputting the processed video data; a speaker for outputting the processed audio data; a detecting module for detecting the predetermined-specific event; a list generation module for generating a list including at least one stopped image data in which the predetermined-specific data is connected to the video data of the detected point; a controller for storing the integrated data in which the specific-stopped image data and random information are mapped within the list in a memory; and a second network interface module for transmitting the integrated data stored in the memory to an external device. |
