The present invention provides an autostereoscopic switchable 3D image display device including: a 2D image display device for realizing an image formed with unpolarized light; a lens layer which is comprised on the 2D image display device, and includes a first layer where a convex lenticular lens having a long axis along one direction and being formed with an isotropic material is arranged periodically and a second layer formed with an anisotropic material as having a flat surface on the upper part of the first layer; a first and a second electrode which are comprised on a lower surface and an upper surface of the lens layer respectively; and a first substrate which is comprised on the second electrode and is transparent. In the second layer, a long axis of the anisotropic material is arranged to be vertical to the first electrode plane if a voltage is applied to the first and the second electrode. The long axis of the anisotropic material of the second layer is arranged irregularly without directivity if the voltage is not applied to the first and the second electrode. |
