摘要 The present invention relates to a system for recovering wasted heat from cooling water using heat pump which can prevent the energy loss by recovering the wasted heat of the cooling water discharged from an equipment using the cooling water, can effectively control the supply temperature of the cooling water, can minimize white plume of a cooling device, and can prevent substances harmful to a human body from being discharged to the atmosphere or bacteria from proliferating in the cooling device. The system includes first and second branched lines branched from a cooling water discharge line of the equipment using the cooling water via a three-way flow control valve; a heat pump provided so that the first branched line is connected to a condenser-side heat exchanging unit, and the second branched line is connected to an evaporator-side heat exchanging unit; a radiation unit connected to the first branched line of the condenser-side heat exchanging unit of the heat pump to provide a hot water using place with a heat source; and a cooling water supply line connected to a hot water discharge line of the radiation unit, the second branched line of the evaporator-side heat exchanging unit of the heat pump, and the hot water discharge line to supply the cooling water mixed with cold and hot water to the equipment using cooling water. The amount of mixing with the cold water of the second branched line with the hot water of the hot water discharge line is controlled by the three-way flow control valve connecting the cooling water discharge line to the first and second branched lines.
