FORCED RETRACTION DEVICE OF THE BODY INSIDE PRESS USING DETECTING SENSOR

The present invention relates to a device for forcibly retracting a part of a body from a press using a sensor which can quickly retract the body (in particular, a hand of a worker) when a worktable reciprocating up-and-down or left-and-right direction is approaching during the operation of a forming machine (in usual, a pressing machine, an injection machine, a cutting machine or the like). The device includes position sensors provided at least one side of a forming machine which is installed in pair at upper and lower sides or left and right sides for the forming machine which operates in a direction opposite to each other; safety groves put on both hands of the worker operating the forming machine and having a distance detection sensor on the surface; a safety strap provided at each hand of the worker; reels provided at both sides of a waist of the worker and connected to the safety strap by a support strap to adjust the tension; retraction members provided at both sides of a back of the worker and connected to a center portion of the support straps by a working strap, with a lower portion being provided with an operation indicating sensor to receive a signal from the distance detection sensor and then pull the working strap to the rear side of the worker; and a controller receiving the signal from the distance detection sensor and transmitting a signal to the operation indicating sensor.
