<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the attachment structure of a protector protecting a wire harness and a grommet to the wire harness, and to achieve the easy attachment of the grommet and the protector to a vehicle body panel. <P>SOLUTION: The arrangement direction of the wire harness in wire harness holding parts holding the wire harness branching from a main wire harness is parallel to the arrangement direction of the main wire harness. The wire harness holding parts are provided on the end parts of the protector in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction.
