Disclosed is an elastic bearing which can be easily maintained. The elastic bearing of the present invention, which can be easily maintained, comprises: an upper plate arranged on the bottom of the deck of a bridge; a lower plate arranged on the upper surface of a pier; an elastic pad arranged between the upper plate and the lower plate; upper wedges welded on the bottom of both edges of the upper plate; and lower wedges provided on the upper surface of both edges of the lower plate, wherein the lower wedge includes: a fixing member coupled by welding a lower end thereof in a state of being vertically arranged on the upper surface of the lower plate; a rupture member ruptured by the interference of the upper wedge during the horizontal displacement of the elastic pad; and a coupling bolt for coupling the rupture member to the fixing member, wherein the coupling bolt couples the rupture member to the fixing member through the rupture member and the fixing member by maintaining a horizontal state in the direction from the outside to the elastic pad based on the upper wedge or the lower wedge. According to the elastic bearing of the present invention, the maintenance of the elastic bearing can be performed quickly and easily by horizontally moving the ruptured lower wedge from the side surface of the elastic bearing to remove or replace the ruptured lower wedge when the lower wedge is ruptured by earthquakes or other external forces.
