PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing widget viewer service are provided to save time and cost by offering widget contents after converting widget contents by the operation of widget driving program. CONSTITUTION: A widget viewer service providing system receives contents information from contents server(S520). The contents information is related to the widget service request. The widget viewer service providing system identifies the widget driving program(S530). The widget driving program is related to the widget service request. The widget viewer service providing system converts the received contents information to the widget contents by the use of the identified widget driving program(S540). The widget viewer service providing system transmits the changed widget contents as a response to the widget service request to a mobile terminal(S550). |
