Disclosed are a method for refining magnetic domains and a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet manufactured by the same. The method for refining the magnetic domains includes the steps of: irradiating a surface of an electrical steel sheet with a laser beam before or after tension coating is carried out on the electrical steel sheet, forming a linear groove on the electrical steel sheet, forming side molten by-products and bottom molten by-products on the groove, forming photoresists on the side molten by-products and the bottom molten by-product, and removing the photoresist formed on the bottom molten by-product; and secondarily irradiating the laser beam to selectively melt the bottom molten by-product, removing the bottom molten by-product by means of air blowing or suction, and removing the photoresist on the groove. |
