FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: step of the submersible centrifugal pump contains an impeller with a hub and guide vanes consisting of a cup, the upper disc with an axial bearing, the lower disc and vanes. At that the upper disc of the guide vanes with the axial bearing are made en bloc with the cup, herewith the cup is made of a perforated metal cylinder with coating of a polymer material at its inner surface. The polymer material of the coating fills perforations in the metal cylinder and the metal cylinder is made with a bead at one end introduced inside the material of the guide vanes upper disc.EFFECT: reducing weight of the article and improving its operational reliability.24 cl, 1 dwg
