PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a battery charger to be installed comparatively easily without cutting down a parking space.SOLUTION: A battery charger (100, 200, 201) is provided with a member fitted into part of a fence (1) which is configured by stacking a plurality of building materials (1a) of given size one on top of another, and is capable of charging a battery mounted in a vehicle. The battery charger is provided with a casing (10, 10b) serving as the member fitted into part of the fence. The size of a surface (10a) of the casing spreading along the fence surface of the fence is the same as the size of a first surface of the building material spreading along the fence surface or n times the size of the first surface (n is an integer equal to or greater than 2). |
