PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber wet master batch in which stretch at breaking time and tear propagation resistance are excellent, and that becomes a material of a vulcanized rubber in a rubber wet master batch in which carbon black is uniformly dispersed, and reaggregation of carbon black by passing time is suppressed; and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A production method of a rubber wet master batch includes: a process (I) in which when carbon black is dispersed in a dispersion solvent, at least one part of a rubber latex solution is added, and a slurry solution that includes the carbon black adhered with a rubber latex particle is produced; a process (II) in which the slurry solution, the remained rubber latex solution, and an age resister are mixed, and a rubber latex solution including a carbon black adhered with a rubber latex particle and an age resister is produced; and a process (III) in which a rubber latex solution including carbon black adhered with a rubber latex particle and an age resister is subjected to coagulation and dehydration. |
