PURPOSE: A device for molding foam resin, capable of showing surface texture is provided to show specific surface texture while a molded product is manufactured as the molding surface of each mold for molding the product is covered by a texture showing the materials which the steam can be penetrated. CONSTITUTION: A device for molding foam resin comprises a pair of operating molds, a fixed mold, a bead charger, a steam pipe, a coolant pipe, steam discharge members, and a texture showing member. The bead charger charges the foam resin in a small bead shape in a cavity. The steam discharge members are exposed to the molding surface of each mold to directly deliver the steam to foam the resin charged in the cavity. The texture showing member is made of materials in which the steam can be penetrated and covers the molding surface of each mold. |
