<p>The present invention relates to a slag cement composition containing a large amount of furnace blast slag. The slag cement composition contains 100 wt% of a cement admixture comprising 30-55 wt% of cement or clinker and 45-70 wt% of granulated blast furnace slag micropowder, 1-4 wt% of desulphurized slag micropowder, and 0.2-1.5 wt% of sintered desulphurized slag dust relative to 100 wt% of the cement admixture.
