The present invention relates to a water-cooled ice machine, and more specifically, to a small-size ice machine that performs condenser cooling of the ice machine by cooling water and allows an efficiency of the ice machine to be increased by controlling a circulation apparatus of cooling water through linking the operation of cooling water circulation apparatus and the ice machine together. The present invention provides a water-cooled ice machine comprising an ice-making unit provided with a supply pipe and a discharge pipe for ice-making water for supplying and discharging ice-making water by using a cooling system for circulation of a refrigerant through a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator; a cooling water pump for supplying cooling water from a water tank for storage of cooling water to a cooling unit for cooling the condenser; a cooling water circulation apparatus consisting of a heat exchange unit connected with a water tank for releasing heat of the cooling water flowing out of the cooling unit; and a control unit to control the same, wherein a discharge control valve is provided in the middle of the discharge pipe for ice-making water to be connected with the water tank, and an overflow drainage pipe is connected to a certain part on the top of the water tank. In addition, a temperature sensor is mounted and a blower fan is additionally provided in the cooling water inlet part of the heat exchange unit, while an exhaust fan is additionally mounted on the water tank. |
