For an optical sheet and a backlight unit, the optical sheet comprises a first transparent film, a first barrier layer, and a light conversion layer; wherein the first barrier layer is formed on one surface of the first transparent film, the light conversion layer is formed on the first barrier layer, and at least one selected among a fluorescent particle and a light emitting complex including a nano-light emitting body disposed on wax particles and inside of the wax particles is dispersed.
