PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a warning about noise of an own dwelling house in consideration to existence/absence of people in the surroundings of the own dwelling house, noise generated from the own dwelling house and noise generated from each dwelling house in the surroundings of the own dwelling house.SOLUTION: Human sensors 22A to 22I, sound volume sensors 24A to 24I and pieces of HEMS 30A to 30I are installed at each of dwelling houses 20A to 20I. A server 26 is configured to: grasp existence/absence of people and a noise level in each of the dwelling houses 20A to 20I from a detection result of the human sensors 22A to 22I and the sound volume sensors 24A to 24I; calculate reference noise serving as an allowable noise level in an individual dwelling house from existence/absence of people and a noise level in a dwelling house positioned in the surroundings of the individual dwelling house included in the dwelling houses 20A to 20I; and instruct the HEMS of a dwelling house of the noise level equal to or exceeding over the calculated reference noise to display a warning. |
