PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor or the like capable of moving a transducer or a slide member integrally with high accuracy and at a high speed by inhibiting contact between the transducer and the slide member from being abutted at one side.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic motor includes: a transducer 9 which is ultrasonically vibrated; guide members 3, 4; a slide member 5 which is movable relatively to a transducer in a prescribed direction by pressure welding of the transducer; and an elastic energization means 11 by which the transducer is pressure welded to the slide member. The guide member is a support shaft which is fitted to fitting holes 2A, 2B formed in a portion which moves integrally with the transducer or the slide member and by which the transducer or the slide member is rotatably fitted and supported. A cross sectional shape of at least one fitting hole 2B of the fitting holes fitted to the support shafts has an oblong hole shape in external contact with the cross sectional shape of the support shaft. |
