PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a disconnection inspection of a touch panel in a short time.SOLUTION: A contact part movement control part 30 moves a contact part 20 to a prescribed first point Pof a touch panel 1 causing it to contact with the touch panel 1. Then, a contact position storage part 14 moves the contact part 20 to a prescribed second point Pwhile storing the contact position of the contact part 20. When the contact part 20 is separated from the touch panel 1 at the second point P, a separation detection part 16 calculates a coordinate of a position where the contact part 20 has contacted just before being separated from the touch panel 1. It is determined the presence or non presence of disconnection of the touch panel 1 on the basis of the position coordinate calculated by this way, and the inspection result is displayed on a display part 60. |
