PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of suppressing scale in a production facility of pulp in utilization.SOLUTION: A suppression method of scale of a production facility of pulp is a suppression method of scale in which to a fluid in the facility in utilization, one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, ethylene diamine tetra methylenephosphonic acid, phosphonobutanetricarboxylic acid and salts thereof are added. A suppression method of scale described in claim 1 in which at least 0.05 wt/vol% of the compound is added to the fluid is disclosed. |
