INFRASTRUCTURE COMMUNICATION NETWORK, SPECIFIC TERMINAL, AND COMMUNICATION DATA DISTRIBUTION METHOD USED FOR THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrastructure communication network which constructs a network composition in which all the specific terminals can transmit data without affecting a general user.SOLUTION: In the infrastructure communication network: an ad hoc communication network 13 is formed in first and second specific terminals (7-11) groups; first and second gateways (3, 4) are installed in first and second infrastructure communication networks (1, 2) which receive data from the respective specific terminals and restrict the data reception amount; the respective specific terminals (7-11) acquire transmission data size from other specific terminals; a routing table (14) is generated in which the transmission data size is distributed so that the data reception amount can be equal in the first and the second gateways on the basis of the acquired transmission data size; and the transmission data is outputted to the first and the second gateways on the basis of the content of the routing table.
