PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter capable of achieving a reduced size, and further to provide a phase sifter capable of achieving a broadened frequency band.SOLUTION: A phase shifter 1 (1a-1f) includes: a signal line 11 having a bent part 11c between a signal input terminal 11a and a signal output terminal 11f; and first and second dielectric plates 12, 13 movable in a vertical direction relative to a straight line connecting the signal input terminal 11a and the signal output terminal 11f. The first and second dielectric plates 12, 13 have input side and output side dielectric plate parts 12a, 13a, 12b, 13b disposed on a signal input terminal side and a signal output terminal side while sandwiching the bent part 11c. The first and second dielectric plates 12, 13 are moved in a vertical direction, a line length between the input side dielectric plate parts 12a, 13a and the output side dielectric plate parts 12b 13b which sandwich the bent part 11c is adjusted, and a phase of a signal input from the signal input terminal 11a is controlled to output the signal from the signal output terminal 11f. |
