PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device capable of allowing precise positioning of an optical component.SOLUTION: The optical pickup device comprises: an optoelectronic component 13 to be irradiated with a laser beam emitted from a laser diode so that a signal can be recorded and reproduction operation can be performed to a signal recording surface of an optical disk; a housing including a component mounting hole 25 into which the optoelectronic component is inserted and positioned; a flexible substrate 7 having one end connected to the optoelectronic component and a portion mounted on a mounting surface of the housing adjacent to the component mounting hole; and a fixing plate 500 fixed to the flexible substrate above the mounting surface so as not to bend the flexible substrate. |
