PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed vegetable juice and/or fruit juice containing beverage and a manufacturing method thereof, which allow residual oxygen in the headspace of a container to be efficiently removed when the container is filled with the vegetable juice and/or fruit juice containing beverage, preventing the quality degradation of a product by oxidation, so that the quality can be stably maintained for a long period.SOLUTION: The packed vegetable juice and/or fruit juice containing beverage includes a reduced amount of residual oxygen in the headspace in a container after filling of the content and a reduced amount of dissolved oxygen in the content, by injecting inert gas into the container before and after filling of the content in predetermined amounts, respectively.
