PURPOSE: A culture medium conditioned with placenta derivative cells, culturing method of animal-free and adactyl cell stem cell using the same and a manufacturing method of culture medium conditioned with placenta derivative cells are provided to prevent contamination problem caused by cells or xenoprotein. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of culture medium conditioned with placenta derivative cells comprises the following steps: inoculating placenta derivative cells on gelatin-coated well plate; cultivating the placenta derivative cells bu addomg a cell broth; and collecting only the culture fluid. In the first step, the placenta derivative cell is placenta originated fibrous cell - similar cell separated from the human chorionic plate and is cultivated. In the second step, the cell broth is DMEM/F-12 which includes the blood serum substitute material. In the second step, the cultivating time is 20-30 hours. The stem cell culture medium is bFGF, IL-8, osteoprotegerin, uPAR, TIM-1, TIM-2, IGFBP-6, ICAM-1, angiogenin, BDNF, IGFBP-4, IGFBP-2, IL-6, GLP-2, MCP-1, GRO, or cytokine of GRO-a. |
