The present invention relates to a valve for injecting water into a water pail pack and a dispenser having the valve and, more particularly, to a valve for injecting water into a water pail pack and a dispenser having the valve, which can prevent the outside exposure of water while storing the water injected from the outside in the inside of a water pail pack, and can allow a valve to be open or closed upon completion of the connection between the water pail pack and a dispenser. The valve for injecting water into a water pail pack and the dispenser having the valve comprise: an inlet body (100) which is formed in a mineral water pack (30) for storing mineral water (10), and has an inlet hole (110) penetrating in order to allow the mineral water (10) to be injected or be discharged; a valve body (200) which is combined with the inlet hole (110), and has a flow hole (210) penetrating in order to allow the mineral water (10) to flow; and a sealing body (300) which opens or closes the flow hole (210) while being elastic by being connected with the lower part of the valve body (200). |
