An embodiment of the present invention relates to a machine tool with a gantry loader loading or unloading a workpiece. The machine tool according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: the gentry loader which can be rotated around a vertical axis line as gripping the workpiece; a vertical rail frame connected to the gantry loader and vertically installed; a horizontal rail frame connected to the gantry loader and intersecting the vertical rail frame; and a transporting unit transporting the gantry loader to the vertical direction or the horizontal direction along the vertical rail frame or the horizontal rail frame.
