Disclosed is a broth container capable of preventing the generation of burnt smells and endocrine disruptors. The broth container of the present invention comprises: a lower metal mesh of which the top end is blocked by a metal plate; and a metal chamber part connected to the metal plate of the top end of the lower metal mesh to form a buoyancy air chamber above the lower metal mesh. Here, the metal chamber part comprises: a metal chamber wall extending upward from the edge of the metal plate; and a metal chamber cover coupled to the metal chamber wall to be able to extend and adjusting the volume of the metal chamber part. According to the present invention, the problem where ingredients of the broth are burned due to excessive heat does not occur, thereby preventing the generation of burnt smells in the broth. Further, materials of the container are metal, thereby suppressing endocrine disruptors generated when a plastic container is used. |
