Disclosed are a manufacturing method of a vehicle wheel nut and the wheel nut. The manufacturing method comprises a preparation step for annealing and warming up an aluminum alloy material; a molding step for molding the warmed material into a wheel nut through a forging process; a first coating step for coating the molded wheel nut with a protective oxide film by anodizing; a second coating step for coating the firstly coated wheel nut through a vacuum deposition surface processing method; and a third coating step of processing the surface of the secondly coated wheel nut using powder coating.
