The present invention relates to a device for generating pipe type opposite phase sound and a structure for reducing discharge noise by using the same and, more specifically, to a device for generating pipe type opposite phase sound and a structure for reducing discharge noise by using the same, capable of converting and outputting the frequency of the discharge noise into the opposite phase by branching the discharge noise of an engine into a pair of discharge pipes and applying the device for generating the opposite phase sound to the branched discharge pipe at one side; and connecting the converted discharge sound with the discharge sound passing through the discharge pipe at the other side, thereby offsetting the noise of two inputted waves having the opposite phases and reducing the discharge noise.
