The present invention relates to a fuel making device using livestock excretions which comprises: a stirring wing installed inside a stirring tank (20) to be rotated, and including a stirring shaft (31) and a stirring blade (32); an ascending plate (60) including a jamming protrusion (64) on one lower side under a disk unit (61); ascending saw teeth (79) including a saw tooth unit (72) along the outer diameter of a hollow moving pipe, wherein the saw tooth unit (72) is connected to a motor (72) installed on one upper side of the stirring tank (20) using a chain (74) to be operated; a spring (80) fitted to a spring installation nit (31-1) on the stirring shaft (31); a water tank (90) connected to a water passage (33) using the upper side of the stirring shaft (31) and a valve (92); an approaching sensor (100) transferring the measurement value of the vertical movement of the disk unit (61) to a control unit (120); and the control unit (120) supplying water inside the stirring tank (20). |
