The present invention relates to an automatic de-reeler system and a method thereof. An automatic de-reeler system includes a work table on where a work continuously connecting materials is progressed; a bobbin part arranged adjacent to the work table, and changeably formed with a bobbin which provides new materials to a material connection position of the work table; a material discontinuity detecting part formed between the work table and the bobbin unit to detect a discontinuity of the materials; a clamping unit arranged on the work table to clamp the materials; a material cutting unit formed with a cutter which cuts the materials to set a standard of the materials in a state in which the material clamping unit clamps the materials; and a material welding unit is arranged adjacent to the material cutting unit, and automatically welding materials cut by the material cutting unit and materials provided from the bobbin. |
