The power incoming section includes a resonance circuit with a secondary coil 22. If a frequency is the same phase frequency when a phase difference of an electric current running through the primary coils 58A-58D is within a predetermined range, a resonance frequency of the resonance circuit in the power incoming section is the same phase frequency.
