<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular charge control system making it possible to suppress a decrease in a chargeable capacity of a power storage device such as a battery in a low-temperature environment without inclusion of a heater or the like.SOLUTION: When a driving battery 5 is charged from an external power supply 7, if the temperature of the driving battery 5 is equal to or lower than a first predetermined temperature, charging the driving battery 5 and discharging the driving battery 5 are intermittently repeated. Owing to the repetition of charging and discharging, heat can be effectively dissipated from the driving battery 5. Therefore, the temperature of the driving battery 5 can be raised in a low-temperature environment without inclusion of a heater or the like, and a decrease in the chargeable capacity of the driving battery 5 can be suppressed.</p> |
