PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary induction apparatus superior in workability in arranging lead wires.SOLUTION: The stationary induction apparatus comprises: a plurality of lead wires 7 having coating insulating layers 7ab and 7bb arranged on the outer peripheries of conductors 7aa and 7ba respectively; a lead wire support 9 which binds the plurality of lead wires 7 at one part of the longitudinal direction; a housing 4 which accommodates the plurality of lead wires 7 and the lead wire support 9; and an insulation medium 6 which is filled in the housing 4 and serves also as a cooling medium. The plurality of lead wires 7 are formed of: a first lead wire 7a which faces the lead wire support 9 at the outermost periphery of a bundle of the plurality of lead wires 7; and a second lead wire 7b in which at least one of the thickness of the coating insulating layer 7bb and the diameter of the conductor 7ba is small compared to the first lead wire 7a, and which is positioned at the inner peripheral side from the first lead wire 7a. A flow passage of the insulation medium 6 is provided between the plurality of lead wires 7.
