<p>Aqueous binder comprises a binder base comprising phenol-formaldehyde resin binders, urea-modified phenol-formaldehyde resin binders, a binder based on polymeric carboxylic acids and epoxy resins, which are free of formaldehyde, or binders based on sugar derivatives and/or sugar molasses; at least one antioxidant which comprises e.g. sterically hindered phenol compounds (I); and at least one UV stabilizer which comprises e.g. carboxylic acid amides of carboxylic acids with alkylene having 2-16 carbon atoms. The antioxidant and the UV stabilizer are present in a mass ratio of 1.5:1-10:1. Aqueous binder comprises a binder base comprising phenol-formaldehyde resin binders, urea-modified phenol-formaldehyde resin binders, a binder based on polymeric carboxylic acids and epoxy resins, which are free of formaldehyde, or binders based on sugar derivatives and/or sugar molasses; at least one antioxidant which comprises sterically hindered phenol compounds of formula (I), pentaerythrityl tetrakis-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate, 1,3,5-tris(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)-s-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione and/or alkyl-[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)]propionate in which alkyl is branched and exhibits 7-9 carbon atoms; and at least one UV stabilizer which comprises carboxylic acid amides of carboxylic acids with alkylene having 2-16 carbon atoms or (hetero)cycloalkylene having 5-16 carbon atoms, nitrogen-aryl-substituted carboxylic acid amides with ring having 5-6 carbon atoms, nitrogen-alkyl-substituted carboxylic acid amides having 1-16 carbon atoms, nitrogen-cycloalkyl-substituted carboxylic acid amides with ring having 5-16 carbon atoms, intermediate radicals of hindered amine light stabilizers- or sterically hindered amino ethers (NOR-HALS) type, preferably intermediate radicals of triacetone-amine or triazine with sterically space-occupying substituents having aryl with 5-6 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 5-16 carbon atoms or tert-butyl, diaryl ketones having 5-6 carbon atoms and/or diaryl ketones of condensed aryl compounds having 2-3 rings, or 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4-methyl-5-dodecyl phenol, 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-methyl-6-dodecyl phenol, isomers of 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-methyl-5-tetracosyl-phenol, isomers of 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-methyl-6-tetracosyl-phenol, isomers of 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-methyl-5-didodecyl-phenol, isomers of 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-methyl-6-didodecyl-phenol, 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-2-oxa-3,20-diazadispiro(5.1.11.2)-heneicosane-21-one and/or 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy-benzophenone. The antioxidant and the UV stabilizer are present in a mass ratio of 1.5:1-10:1. Either R1 : substituent which is sterically hindering to OH, having at least one tertiary carbon in 4-19C alkyl or 5-8C cycloalkyl, where tertiary carbon or 5-8C cycloalkyl are directly bonded to benzene or through 1-2C chain; and R2 : substituent which is not sterically hindering to OH, preferably H or optionally branched 1-16C alkyl, where, when a branching point in branched 1-16C alkyl is tertiary carbon, then 1-16C alkyl is bonded to benzene at least through 3C chain; or R1 : substituent which is not sterically hindering to OH, preferably H or optionally branched 1-16C alkyl, where, when a branching point in branched 1-16C alkyl is tertiary carbon, then 1-16C alkyl is bonded to benzene at least through 3C chain; and R2 : substituent which is sterically hindering to OH, having at least one tertiary carbon in 4-19C alkyl or 5-8C cycloalkyl, where tertiary carbon or 5-8C cycloalkyl are directly bonded to benzene or through 1-2C chain; or R1, R2 : substituent which is sterically hindering to OH, having at least one tertiary carbon in 4-19C alkyl or 5-8C cycloalkyl, where tertiary carbon or 5-8C cycloalkyl are directly bonded to benzene or through 1-2C chain; and R3 : 1-80C alkyl or 1-80C cycloalkyl (both linear) or branched 3-80C alkyl (all optionally substituted by OH, CN, Cl, Br, I, 1-6C carbonyl, 2-6C ester, 2-6C ether, NH 2 or SH), substituent which is not sterically hindering to OH, substituent which is sterically hindering to OH, halo except F, 5-6C aryl, N, O, P, S, 5-6C heteroaryl or 3-8C heterocycloalkyl having N, O, P or S. An independent claim is also included for a mineral wool product which is bonded with the above binder. [Image].</p> |
