The water vehicle has a caravel trunk formed such that the caravel trunk is unsinkable. A drivestrand with restrictor mode is half-cardanically mounted for adapting the water vehicle to different speed. A laterally extendable stabilizer drives the water vehicle in hydrofoil mode, and a retractable travel carriage has skids for operating the water vehicle in ice and snow. Propeller turbines drive the water vehicle in ground effect mode, where the propeller turbines are protectedly located in a structure.
