<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful for swelling improvement.SOLUTION: A composition for swelling improvement contains the four components of powder of young leaves of wheat, water soluble dietary fibers, oligosaccharides, and lactic bacteria. The composition for swelling improvement is used in a dosage form, for example a capsule such as a hard capsule and a soft capsule, a liquid, a tablet, a pill, powder, and a granule. The composition for swelling improvement is useful for effectively preventing or reducing swelling generated in keeping one position for a long time or in taking heavy exercise, or physical weariness or a feeling of fatigue due to the swelling.</p> |
