PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a lighting color of a signal apparatus is not effectively utilized, even when the lighting color is acquired.SOLUTION: A first in-vehicle device 1 acquires a signal apparatus identifier for identifying a signal apparatus and a lighting color of the signal apparatus to transmit them to a second in-vehicle device 2. The second in-vehicle device 2 receives the signal apparatus identifier and the lighting color transmitted from the first in-vehicle device 1 to accumulate them in a storage unit and also transmit them to another second in-vehicle device 2. Also, the second in-vehicle device 2 performs an output associated with the accumulated lighting color. Therefore, the lighting color of the signal apparatus acquired by the first in-vehicle device 1 is utilized by the second in-vehicle device 2.
