<p>The present invention relates to the communications field. Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for reporting a capability of a user equipment (UE), which solve the problems of the UE switch failure and re-allocation mistake. The specific solutions are as follows: the UE sending first bandwidth capability indication information to a control node, so that the control node determines re-allocation information for the UE according to the first bandwidth capability indication information or configures measurement parameters for the UE according to the first bandwidth capability indication information. The present invention is applied in reporting the capability of the UE.</p> |
