<p>Disclosed are a non-oriented electrical steel plate and a manufacturing method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the non-oriented electrical steel plate consists of less than 0.005 wt % of C; 1 ~ 4 wt % of Si; 0.1 ~ 1.5 wt % of Al; 0.01 ~ 0.1 wt % of Mn; 0.02 ~ 0.3 wt % of P; less than 0.005 wt % of N; 0.001 ~ 0.005 wt % of S; less than 0.005 wt % of Ti; residual Fe and impurities. The C, S, N, and Ti satisfy 0.004={[C]+[S]+[N]+[Ti]}=0.014 ( [C], [S], [N], and [Ti] respectively mean the weight & of C, S, N, and Ti). Hysteresis losses, classical vortex losses, ideal vortex losses and thicknesses satisfy ([Wh]+[Wa])/{[We]*(0.35/[t])2}<=5 ( the [Wh], [Wa], [We], and the [t] respectively mean the hysteresis losses, ideal vortex losses, classical vortex losses, and the thicknesses of the steel plates).</p> |
