The purpose of the present invention is to provide a flow type single-particle spectrometer to acquire a fluorescence spectrum for a particle, such as an individual microbe, in a liquid and to identify the type of microbe or the like. The present invention is a flow type single-particle spectrometer comprising: a sample container to retain a sample fluid containing a particle to be tested; a detection channel that is a channel for optically detecting the particle to be tested; a waste liquid container for storing the sample liquid that flow in the detection channel; a liquid feeding means for sequentially feeding the sample liquid to the sample container, the detection channel, and the waste liquid container; a white light source to emit white light having a wavelength range from the ultraviolet range to the near-infrared range; an excitation light diffracting element to disperse the white light spatially into each wavelength; an excitation light concentrating element for concentrating light, diffracted by the excitation light diffracting element, into the detection channel; a fluorescent light concentrating element for concentrating fluorescent light emitted from the particle to be tested and side scattered light; a fluorescent light diffracting element to disperse the fluorescent light, concentrated by the fluorescent light concentrating element, spatially into wavelengths; a diffraction light concentrating element for concentrating fluorescent light diffracted by the fluorescent light diffracting element; and a multi-channel light detecting device capable of detecting the intensity, by wavelength, of the light concentrated by the diffraction light concentrating element. |
